The beloved Hong Kong Trams have been trundling along the north shore of Hong Kong island since 1904. There have been many designs along the way but what you see nowadays are mostly a mixture of 1950s designed cars with teak frames and aluminium panels and new aluminium alloy VVVF drive vehicles built since 2010. The tracks run along roads from Kennedy Town to Shau Kei Wan with a loop around the Happy Valley Racecourse.
Here's the entire fleet of 170 trams, numbered 1 to 175 and 200, 300 and 400. Car numbers 44, 63, 71, 85, 134, 144, 164 and 167 are not used. These images were mostly taken in 2015.
